Form Packets
General Instructions
The Court has assembled “packets” of forms and informational materials to assist self-represented litigants with filing certain types of cases. Each packet contains the forms most commonly filed in each case type, along with some applicable reference information regarding the process and various related Court programs. These packets can be purchased in person at minimal or no cost from the clerks at either Butte County Superior Court location – Oroville and Chico.
