Professional History

I began practicing law in Butte County on December 3, 1997. My emphasis has always been in the areas of estate planning, probate and conservatorship law, with the exception of the addition of credit collection litigation for the first five years of my ptractice. I have served on the Board of Trustees of the Butte County Public Law Library since August 2007 and previously served as a board member for both Catalyst and Chico Meals on Wheels.

I worked in the legal field for many years as law office support staff. After my children were finished with high school and were contemplating their higher education, I decided I would take that on as well and entered law school. It was a good decision.
